Our Honduras Otoro is a highly artisanal coffee, born from dedication and passion.
Experienced pickers carefully select only the ripest cherries, which are then transported by mule to the pulping station — a tradition that reflects the remote beauty of Otoro, where cars cannot easily reach.
Each producer, driven by pride in their craft, processes their harvest with exceptional cleanliness and patience, ensuring the coffee reaches its perfect drying point before moving on. This devotion to detail is what gives Honduras Otoro its unmistakable character.
In the cup, you’ll find smooth notes of chocolate, nougat, and walnut, lifted by hints of single cream and vanilla. Grown at 1,400–1,600 MASL, this coffee delivers both elegance and depth — a true testament to small-scale artisanal farming in Honduras.
